He will serve as the conference’s primary media relations contact for the sports of women’s basketball, women’s soccer, field hockey, women’s lacrosse, and softball. Melissa Wyant was elevated to Assistant Director of Digital and Social Media after previously serving as Assistant Director of Athletics Communications. Before JMU, she worked at the Atlantic 10.

Keonte’ Herrera has been hired as Associate Director for Athletics Communications and Marketing. He was most recently the assistant at Texas A&M-Kingsville with previous internships with Texas A&M-Commerce and Angelo State.
1.31.18 | University of Delaware
Scott Day has been named Assistant Athletics Director for Communication/Sports Information Director. He formerly served in the same role at the University of Richmond.

He replaced Scott Selheimer, who retired after 33 years at Delaware in the Athletic Communcations Office. Selheimer started at Delaware in 1985 as Assistant Sports Information Director, was promoted to Sports Information Director in 1992, and promoted to Assistant Athletics Director for Communications in 2007. He will remain at Delaware in a part-time role.

Brad Cygan has been hired as Media Relations Associate. He came to Saint Louis after spending the previous six years at Missouri Baptist.

Patrick Pierson has been named Associate Athletic Director for Communications after spending the last five years at the University of Arkansas.

Jay Hilbrands has been elevated to Assistant Athletic Director for External Relations & Operations. He previously served as UNW's Assistant Athletic Director for Sports Information. FULL RELEASE

William Meyer has been hired to serve as Sports Information Director. He arrives after five and half years at Carson-Newman University as both a student worker and as a graduate assistant. FULL RELEASE

Ben Greenberg has been named Sports Information Director. He replaces Niel DeVasto who retired after 37 years at the school. Greenberg previously served at Florida Southern College. FULL RELEASE

Megan O'Brien has been named Sports Information Director. She formerly served as an assistant director at Towson University for the last nine-plus years.
