Athletic Communications Assistant

The Athletics Department at Marist College invites applications for a part-time Athletic Communications Assistant to work under the direction of Assistant AD/Sports Information in coverage of Marist Athletics through writing, social media, stat keeping, web site maintenance, and archive work. The person in this role is directly responsible for coverage of assigned sports. This is a 12-month, part-time position at 29 hours per week, and is eligible for graduate tuition remission.

Bachelor's degree required, along with 1-3 years of related experience. Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays as dictated by the event schedule. Must have the ability to use stat crew program, along with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign. Valid driver's license with no serious convictions required. Candidates must have flexible schedules as the position requires weekdays, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel.
